Chili's Grill - Mansfield

The overall rating of 3.9 makes sense. I sat at the bar and waited for almost 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I understand that they get busy, but it seems like the bar is the only area that is being attended to while a server at a table is talking to customers should not be happening. I was out of touch with the real world for a while, and I'm not too happy with how things are now. Is this the standard? I decided not to order food, although the chips and salsa were good. I left my beer half full. It wasn't about the money at this point, but rather my first impression of the place being below average. They didn't seem too busy.

This restaurant is consistently reliable. The food is always good, not great, but good. The servers are experienced and provide good service. The 3 for $10 deal makes it quite affordable, almost as cheap as fast food. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

We waited for 45 minutes for our food to arrive at the restaurant. The waiter had to step in to cook our meal. Unfortunately, my son's dish was cold and he was disappointed that they didn't have his favorite chocolate lava cake for dessert on his birthday. We have decided not to return to this restaurant in the future.

No refills or check-ins for the entire visit of the staff. The orders were wrong. The waitress was more interested in flirting and talking with employees than for their job. The waitress decided to sit in my stand while I accept my orders! Felt rushed to order. Very poor customer service. Wasn't mad until my child's order went wrong and her drink was empty! The staff pretended to be their inconvenience. It won't come back. The staff must be withdrawn.

Short on wait staff. Chicken salad was missing ingredients. One meal did not get delivered. Had to wait get drinks refilled and to tell waitress about missing food. Not a good time.Food: 2/5
