We made an error while ordering online, but the manager, Brandon, was incredibly polite and went out of his way to resolve the issue. He exceeded our expectations and did much more than we needed. What Aric Haley doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
I've been a loyal customer at this particular location for years. The new manager is very rude. My order was wrong for the last three times. But last night was the last time I ever spent my money at this point. After I was in line for 30 minutes, my order was wrong. Of course we love Chick-fil-A foods great ,traffic not so great at times
I wish all fast food establishments followed the model of Chick-fil-A. Their service level, efficiency, and customer service are second to none in this industry.
I would say that the morning staff is quite good, but the service drops off when the younger employees take over. A 15-minute wait in the drive-thru is not what you expect from fast food. To make matters worse, they forgot the sauce that is supposed to come with the meal. I won’t be returning for dinner.
Ray... I believe that's his name! He has been with the company for 7 years, working at the front registers. Regardless, he is an incredibly kind and personable guy! He recommended we try the Chick-fil-A sauce with our chicken sandwich, and oh my, it was the best suggestion ever! Haha! He also chatted with us about the NFL, especially since the Bengals were playing. His focus on customer service truly stands out, especially as it seems to be lacking in the service industry these days!
Some of the same staff have been working here for 15 years, which speaks volumes about the owner as an employer. This restaurant has managed to maintain its high standards even during the pandemic. It's a wonderful spot for enjoying meals with friends and family, featuring engaging conversations and a friendly, efficient team eager to meet our needs. -Ben van Bopanberg.
