Camellia's Mexican - Mansfield

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waiter was very loud, spoke briefly with me, and was rude and impatient with a customer on the phone, offering little assistance. On a positive note, the house dressing was good, and the chips were warm and not overly salty. I asked for Splenda or Equal as a sweetener, but the waiter only mentioned they had a substitute for Sweet 'n Low, stating, "We don't have anything else besides sugar." Additionally, I requested cheese dip instead of hot dip, and a different waitress informed me that I would have to pay for it since it doesn't come with the chips. I acknowledged that, but I still left feeling unsatisfied. Given my dietary restrictions due to diabetes and the need for low sodium, I probably won’t be returning.

I absolutely adore this place! I've never had a bad experience here. It's a family-owned restaurant and a local favorite for Mexican cuisine. While it may not be authentic Mexican food, there aren't many places in this area that are. They do a fantastic job with their Tex-Mex offerings. As for customer service, it’s excellent! I highly recommend trying the fajitas and a bowl of queso. And if you happen to mention that Curtis sent you, it won’t get you any perks, but it definitely makes me feel important!
