Our order took over 2hours to arrive having been delayed 3 times. After ringing them twice, both occasions gave terrible customer service and had zero ability to respond empathetically very defensive. Asked to be reimbursed or compensated for our over £50 order and was promised they would ring back , twice… still waiting for that call! Absolutely terrible. We had a fantastic Christmas day at The Mint. The staff were friendly and efficient, the food was tasty, well-cooked, and nicely presented. The restaurant offers a unique combination of English and Indian cuisine.
