The fresh baked food is excellent and the staff are pleasant and friendly. My only main criticism is that the service is incredibly slow, it took nearly 15 mins standing in a queue before I got to the cash desk and I was only the 3rd in line. View all feedback.

Staff need lessons in customer service.I stood on my own at the counter waiting to be served while both of the staff were stood together looking at pictures on their smartphones.When my wife told them that a customer was waiting she got a childish and petulant alright I'm coming !! I walked off in disgust and won't be going back.A shame you can't give a zero score because this place deserves it. View all feedback.
I come to Mansfield baker and baristas most Saturday mornings. Love the fresh muffins and hot drinks. Staff are so friendly and clean. It's better then going to Costa
Absolutely love this place. Staff are always friendly, polite and make you feel most welcome. We as a family love our Saturday mornings here.

Cappuccino was excellent. Staff pleasant. The best I've had since France. Good place for people watching.
