Simple surroundings but great food. The lady that manages the kitchen here knows what she is doing. This is not fancy ‘city’ cuisine but is fabulous down to earth stuff. Starter main and dessert were brill. Strongly recommend View all feedback.

Pretty good, nice little terrace. Unsurprising meal with a ratio quality average price. The beans of the hot goat salad seems straight out of the jar. The Bar was well cooked and the sauce was pretty good. Patate has the water accompanying it with the same beans as salad, cold also... The lemon pie meringue bof... Orange blossom aroma for meringue, vanilla for English cream and lemon for pie it wasn't going too much... View all feedback.

We ate very well. The wine board was appropriate. Complete menu at 25€, for the evening it is so rare. Calm, nice housekeeper. Towels and cloth tablecloths... it makes good to eat in a restaurant where you can take time, on a beautiful table.

We loved this restaurant! Situated slightly to the right of Porte Soubeyran, this restaurant is close to the historic city centre. We discover a beautifully decorated room, very spacious, or each table in its area of confidentiality. The card is well filled, there are for all tastes! Specialties, varied menus. A beautiful wine map and unexpected appetites, I rediscovered the rapier shoot, both festive and delicious! We ate very well, a simple and tasty cuisine, generously served. Couscous is a treat! The reception is excellent, the service by a person, of an exquisite kindness, is really attentive. The rates are very suitable, and the value ratio is excellent. We had a very good evening at Le Soubeyran Restaurant! Thank you! I recommend this very good restaurant.
For years has come to eat in this restaurant.The welcome has always been to the top the smiling bosses always arrangeing on the composition of the dishes. the little more we are from the same country.For two years I have left the region but as soon as I make a jump to Manosque I will come to lunch in this restaurant that is otherwise of an irreproachable cleanliness.
