Very good dishes and honest quantities But very spicy, it would have been nice to warn on the map (risotto and gambas, tartare de daurade)... The risotto and its gambas is very good but the gambas are only 3... Long hold between dish and dessert... No possibility to modify the perfumes of the ice cuts because they are prepared in advance and put to the freezer... The thousand-sheets all chocolate bears his name badly... View all feedback.
