Bagel Palace - Manorville

I enjoy traveling from state to state, and I haven't found any place with better bagels than this one. The customer service here is exceptional, thanks to Craig, who goes above and beyond. I highly, highly recommend paying this place a visit!

I paid $8 for an egg white wrap that didn’t include cheese or meat. After adding sausage, the total came to $10, and there was no cheese included. The wrap was quite small. Whenever I order bagels, they come with barely any cream cheese, and the bagels themselves are also on the small side. If you request extra cream cheese, you receive only a minimal amount, which is disappointing. Overall, everything feels overpriced, and it seems he takes advantage of being the only bagel shop on the way to the Hamptons. The service was lacking as well; the napkins felt like sandpaper. I once ordered a lox and cream cheese sandwich, and there were only two thin slices of lox included.

This place is ridiculous. Go there all the time, not any more. I order a grilled corn muffin. Get home and it’s a grilled coffee cake. So gross ?. EVERY time we go they can’t get the simplest things right, if I could give zero stars I would

I have been going here for a few years because they have chocolate chip cream cheese. It has continually gone down in quality as the price keeps increasing. Last time, my order was wrong and today when I got home and started eating my bagel it tasted strange. There was mold. I will never be back.

Oh boy let me tell you. I live about 3 minutes away from this place. Next closest deli is about 15 minutes. In the 6 years I’ve eaten here about 10-15x. I have not had one meal that was even decent. We’re talking breakfast and lunch sandwiches not authentic Italian cuisine. If you can’t get this right, hang it up. Always love the owner in the corner sitting doing nothing.
