El Pollo Rico - Manor

So disappointing. a year ago I worked near and had pollo rico delivered quite often. it was so delicious. I went with my daughter the other day and it was.

We came through a Friday night through the driveway and it took half an hour when we came there when we got our food. it was a long time ago.

Really disappointed on my order . First of all , I ordered through the drive through 2 orders of the chicken nachos , with NO PICO DE GALLO with jalapeños because according to them the nachos don’t come with jalapeños which I understood that . Once I got my order I realized my order was wrong , and I still went back hoping they’ll fix the order and I got this . Totally bad customer service !!! DO NOT RECOMMNED THIS PLACE AT ALL . FIRST OF ALL IF IM PAYING FOR SOMETHING IM HOPING I GET WHAT I ASKED FOR , and I sure did not . Not happy , first and last time going to this specific location .

Good fresh made food. Good service. Great selection

We came here on a Friday night through the drive through and it took a half hour from when we got there to when we got our food. There was a pretty long line and we ordered three menu items. We ordered the chicken gordita, chicken flautas, and chicken taco plate. I liked the chicken taco plate the best and the gordita was pretty good as well. The flautas were average. I'll definitely come back but just be aware the drive through is slow.
