**Exploring Culinary Offerings: A Mixed Bag Experience**
The restaurant presents a mix of experiences, with cleanliness noted alongside concerns about the food quality. Dishes like Beef and Broccoli and egg rolls prompted comparisons to canned alternatives, while some offerings, such as Orange Peel Beef, garnered praise for their taste and texture. Customer service is frequently highlighted as friendly and accommodating, with many expressing gratitude for prompt responses even during late hours. While some patrons were disappointed by flavor and cooking techniques, others found satisfaction in generous portions and fresh ingredients. Overall, this dining spot shows potential, but improvements could enhance its reputation.

Had my brother pick me up their Beef and Broccoli with Fried rice, an egg roll and egg drop soup. So this review is solely on the taste and quality of the food. Unfortunately as a whole, it was a disappointment. The B&B was just okay. The flavor gave me flash backs of early 90's La Choy canned Chinese food but with fresh vegetables. Home made egg rolls seem to be a talent of the past as these were the same brand that a few of the other Asian restaurants are serving these days pre frozen. The fried rice had a burnt flavor, not to be confused with the sought after smokey wok hei, which also seems to be a lost talent with Asian restaurants these days. Egg drop soup was thick, too salty and heavy handed on yellow dye Taste was just okay. Overall the flavor of everything was one dimensional and I was looking forward to a nice surprise. Not sure I will try this place again. They will have a Mexican food menu too but if it's anything like how the Chinese food is prepared, I'm a little worried about the future of this food truck.
