We happened upon lunch near Manoppello, and I must say we were truly satisfied! The place is rustic, yet blends in well with the surrounding environment. The traditional dishes were generous, and the roast meat was truly delicious. All this was accompanied by a house wine that perfectly complemented the flavors of the dishes. Special mention goes to the owner, who was very attentive in offering recommendations and eager to accommodate our every request. We'll be back!
