I went to order a chicken strip roll, but was informed that they don't serve it after 6 PM. However, this wasn't clearly stated on the menu or the website. I was very disappointed, as I had checked ahead of time to ensure I could get what I wanted before driving to the location.
The food was absolutely terrible, and I will never return. I ordered a quarter chicken and salad, but as a diabetic, the only option available was an unappetizing pasta salad that I couldn’t eat. I can't believe I paid $19 for a quarter of greasy chicken. When I complained, I was met with complete indifference and apathy.
Have been turned away from Babbas asking for a wrap or roll at least 6 times with the staff being so rude about it each time. Have asked each time when they stop doing wraps and each time being told a different answer, getting there before the time they have stated to only be turned away in a rude manner after driving all that distance. Please take them off the menu because you can never get them. Staff have been extremely rude about it the times I have managed to get on. Have given this place wayyy too many chances and will never be back
