We visited the restaurant after spending a week on a houseboat. We decided to have coffee and cake. What Merle Von doesn't like about Cafe Mannum:
We had breakfast at the Cafe Mannum on two mornings as part of a package and were amazed to find that the breakfast was a Ferryman's Breakfast of egg, bacon and cheese on 'toasted' sour dough. Value $14.95. Other items could be substituted and any extras paid for. We chose other items plus coffee. The Cafe had large windows facing the river and the ferry. What a great meal. $12.90 Schnitzels with $2 sauces added. Best Schnitzels we've had. Really friendly service too. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and prompt service. These days good old service and genuine friendliness is very hard to find. Highly recommend it!
