We came through this area after a trip. We are not locals and in any situation the customer is always right, and should be accommodated as such. First off our w... read more We came through this area after a trip. We are not locals and in any situation the customer is always right, and should be accommodated as such. First off our waiter was rude and did not have any patience for us ordered because we are not familiar with it. We ordered for 10 people, my order was not what I expected. I ordered the three amigos assuming it was similar to something Ive had back home, I told the manager so ordered the wrong thing and would like it to be changed or taken back and I just wont get anything. He told me it came that way and I would still need to pay for it regardless, which that was no problem but I should of at least been able to change my order to something different being I wasn’t familiar with the menu, so he cut the steak up but it was still not satisfying because I ordered the wrong thing. Not to mention my niece order was burnt they took it back to the kitchen and it was still burnt when they brought it back, she said she wasn’t paying for it because it’s burnt and he said she will still have to pay for it. Our experience was not good at all and I will never ever return here! The customer is always right, we were nice and not once got out of character with the waiter or manager and was treated horribly not getting what we wanted which is what we were paying for. The waiter was slamming our plates down and just all around rude to us and spoke in Spanish about us.

I'll call the last three days to order. they must have a receptor. love your eating, but if I can't help anyone to take my call, then there's no way to get the food unless I go up and wait 15-30 minutes, which I don't really have the time to do.

I had the works and the speck. margarita was good. on the way from ma to fl. this will be back on our visit list. not intentional. only really good eating for very reasonable prices. we had another whole meal of rest. it will go to our hotel refrigerator today and we will eat it tomorrow. we always bring a cooler. marcus was a great waiter.

But to have... read more We were absolutely disappointed. I understand being understaffed, I understand being slammed, I understand long wait times for food or a bad dinner. But to have rude staff, crazy long wait time for drinks or a waitress to come over, long wait time to order, and then for my cranky husband to have a steak that was 7 bites of meat and the rest total fat was just absolutely the cherry on top of a terrible experience. I don't think we will be back.
