Since no fixed menu was planned, each invited guest could order Gusto himself: I had appetizer : salmon carpaccio with red pepper very good main food: fillet with mushrooms, caroffel croquettes and colorful salad plate meat very tender and medium as well as ordered dessert I was looking forward to my Italian favorite Dessert Zabaione. So I asked the waiter what he could recommend to me and chose half-freddo al Torrone half-frozen with Nougat and Krokant was O. K, but no substitute for my hot beloved Zabaione. Also the other invited guests were consistently satisfied with their food, whether fish plate, antipasti, pizza, Rumpsteak, Scaloppina and various night coffees. It was very positive that our group received almost all their foods at the same time, and not so often eat a part of locals, while the other part has nothing yet and the third part is already finished.
