My friends kept raving about this delicious pizza. When I finally ordered it for home delivery, I knew exactly what they meant—it's simply fantastic! The ingredients are high-quality, and it's a truly authentic Neapolitan pizza. I can definitely recommend it.
Unfortunately, yesterday was our last time there. We waited over 1.5 hours for our food while all the tables around us received their meals without any problems. Even larger groups who arrived significantly later received their food before us. We repeatedly tried to signal to the server that we would like to ask where our food was. Despite making eye contact several times, we were completely ignored. Furthermore, the staff were constantly arguing very loudly in public. After about 90 minutes, we finally received our pizzas (one hot, one cold) at our table without any comment whatsoever. No Excuse me for the wait or anything. Nothing. We were looking forward to a nice evening, which unfortunately ended very disappointingly.
Really good pizza, quality ingredients, one of the best ever. Stepping out into the courtyard feels like you're in the Spanish Quarter. The price is fair for the quality, the service is fast and efficient, and the staff is very friendly and cheerful. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can. Thanks for a lovely evening and especially for the pizza.
Great pizzeria with absolutely delicious pizza. We dropped by spontaneously at 9 pm and were served quickly and courteously!
I ordered two pizzas, one of which was incorrect and was already cold and soggy upon arrival. It's a real shame for the price. However, the quality of the pizzas is beyond reproach; the ingredients are fresh and the flavor is really good.

The food was really very good and the ambience in the restaurant was very nice. However, the service was not so good. The staff was planned and we were not respected for a long time. They seemed not to have an overview and were more interested in the guests. But if they were there, they were very friendly. Guests were removed from their tables because the tables were otherwise used. This seemed very unprofessional and testifies to poor planning. The next time we take the pizza together :

I was in Papi with a friend. We had the Burrata pizza twice and as dessert we shared the Nutella pizza. Both were incredibly delicious. The services were friendly and attentive but inconspicuous, as you wish. Only recommended. We had a very nice evening with great food.

We loved it <3 All the welcome, the service and not last the food and the ambiance. Even we showed up without a reservation, we were welcomed so warm. (You better make a reservation, or there may not be available tables). The food was so fresh and delish. Authentic ambiance.

The best pizza in Mannheim/Ludwigshafen so far restaurant itself is very cozy and cool to hange out with friends or go for a date. Nice service as well recommend it!

Literally the best pizza I have ever had in Mannheim Everything about the pizza was perfect, how it tastes and how it looks. The decoration of the place, colors and services were amazing as well. So if you are a pizza lover and wanna enjoy eating pizza just go there and trust you are gonna back and thank me . You're welcome

Best pizza in mannheim! personal superloving but in the local no heating so that my wife and I have frozen and therefore it was uncomfortable. other guests were sitting there with a jacket, that was disappointing and I hope to visit our next mannheim is warmer!
Does not happen at all, you always have to buhlen their attention to get a drink at all was ok, but for that totally overpriced our entire eating order was forgotten and came 2 hours later. can happen, but shouldn't you just apologize? the ordered food was only partially brought after the delay, so that we then ordered it. they wanted to calculate it anyway. with such dissatisfied guests, we could have been really appeased with ease and apologies, but that would not be considered at all. would not go there anymore.
