I appreciate that the place is busy, but the notable is for the last few minutes guests who are desperate. they served something very nice brot, but there was no attempt to remove the crumbs from the table between the curses. that is something I can expect from a restaurant with a first price. I had to fill my own weinglas. the employees didn't know how to deal with the guests, but that could just be the German one. we both had the "small menu." it was decent enough. the composition of the courses, in combination with the muse bouche, struck me as superior. they didn't really mix together. if you find yourself in this area of germany try baiken in eltville. great kitchen and great landscape.

Family-owned and driven, this place has a 30-year history and lots of regular guests. For us, it was the first time, bur we liked it and will be back some time. The 5-course menu...at 98€ is noch cheap, but omitting any course (can be the dessert as well) brings it down to 84€ and is still more than sufficient. Nice wine recommendations as well.

They offer 3- and 4-course menus, as well as individual meals, especially for extended lunch breaks. You can preview the dishes in advance on the well-designed website. Reservations are also made through the website, which is easy, and response times are short. The restaurant is located directly behind the Kunsthalle (Art Gallery), or 500 meters from the Rose Garden and the Water Tower, which stands at the entrance to the Planken pedestrian zone. It's also a 500-meter walk from the main train station. If you don't mind the price, DOBLER'S is worth the trip! The ambience is clean and sober, allowing you to indulge in indulgence with joy. The chef and his team have been able to defend their Michelin-star once again, for the umpteenth time! The entire service is plentiful, extremely courteous, competent, and the interaction was almost affectionate. Everyone there strives to give you a good time, so DOBLER'S stays in your mind and heart , at least for us. Give DOBLER'S a chance, and I'm firmly convinced you won't be disappointed.
