Wonderful sounding of a business trip day in Mannheim, in a wonderful Italian restaurant for work dinner: I have enjoyed so good Italian cuisine: fresh foccacia with very good olive oil, ravioli with stone mushroom filling in Parmesansahne as a greeting from the kitchen, Burrata with lukewarm shrub tomato ragout, Tagliolini al Tartufo, a round Primitivo. Were here today for our Christmas party. Just a poem, the food, the service felt all around us. It is also great that such a wonderful boss is present at any time. Thank you for the nice evening.

Dinnertime at Ristorante Urbana Mannheim, G5, 13-14. I chose from the table the goose lobe on celery puree with marons and carrots. The friendly boss of the house recommended us a bottle of Syrah from Montalcino. Not exactly typical of Tuscany, because you tend to grow cuvees there. Was totally fit to goose. To finish quite classic choice..Panna Cotta and Espresso. Everything has been perfectly sanctified. A great modern location. Super service. Fish will be here... – show
