This is a classic bar with a pleasant interior, but its full potential has yet to be realized. They only accept cash and don’t allow running tabs. The bartenders are friendly, but the clientele can be somewhat closed-minded and exclusive, often judging who is deemed worthy of being there. To those who may need to hear this: if you are a person of color, it might be wise to approach with caution. My experience was disappointing, not necessarily because of the establishment itself but rather the attitudes of the patrons. It does make one wonder how closely aligned the views of the patrons are with those of the owners.
