Throughout the two years I've lived here, I've never had a bad experience during my visits. It's definitely worth the trip and the money.

I asked if they were brothers, and to my surprise, the host was actually our chef! It turned into a delightful hibachi experience filled with great food and laughter. Most meals come with two shrimp, along with rice, noodles, soup, and vegetables. After the meal, the chef returned and revealed that he was not only the host but also the owner of the restaurant. He recognized how overwhelmed his staff was, understood customer impatience, and stepped in to ensure everything went smoothly. If you're hesitant about trying this restaurant due to negative reviews, I urge you to reconsider. Give it a shot or even a second chance, keeping in mind that the entire restaurant industry is currently facing challenges with staffing, wait times, and overall reviews.

Our waiter, Jakx, and our chef, Simon, both delivered outstanding service and put on an incredible Japanese show at the grill. The entire restaurant, including the bathrooms, was immaculate. The food was delicious; I ordered the New York steak and shrimp, which were both excellent. They also offer a fully stocked bar. We arrived at 6 PM, and it was evident that this is a popular spot! I highly recommend it for a romantic evening or birthday celebration. We'll definitely be back!

My son said he is choosing Shogun for his birthday in October. It is a 3 hour drive to come to this location for Hibachi, but we will definitely be back! There were 5 kids total at our table and the chef did an amazing job with all of them. Very entertaining and enjoyable! My 74 year old Dad even commented how fun it was. Kid-friendliness: Our Chef interacted great with all the kids. We all were laughing and having fun.

I just brought my food home and my meal and soup leaked through the bag all over my seat. The host is never polite when I point out I’m missing sauce. My steak is ordered medium rare and is definitely cooked well/well done. Over priced for a mediocre meal and below average service.
