Insomnia Cookies - Mankato

I have noticed that there are older reviews mentioning that the delivery is slow, but unless there has been a change in management, I have not experienced any issues with the delivery time. The online app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, it even includes a map to track how close the delivery driver is. I typically receive my order within 15 minutes of placing it and it is always warm and delicious. The prices are higher than your average cookie, but they are much better than any gas station or store-bought cookie I have ever had and they are incredibly soft. I have never had any issues with a delivery driver or staff member. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I purchased a gift card from this restaurant, but when I tried to use it, I was told there was no money on it. I bought another one, only to be informed that it could only be used for online orders, which was not what I wanted to do. Also, they do not accept cash, which was inconvenient. Overall, my experience was disappointing.

I decided to give this restaurant another chance, but once again I am extremely disappointed. About two months ago, I ordered cookies and they arrived two hours after the chosen delivery time. Today, I ordered cookies for a birthday celebration and when they did not arrive after 30 minutes past the scheduled delivery time, I contacted their customer service line. I was informed that the bakery was not even open because the workers did not show up for their morning shift. They told me that the bakery would not be open until 6 pm, but I needed my cookies by 12:30 pm. If the bakery is closed, they should not be accepting online orders or deliveries. I am extremely disappointed and cannot believe that this restaurant is still in business.

I was in town to give this place a try, but unfortunately, they were closed during their posted business hours. Do not count on it being open.
