There was nothing impressive about the... read more The chef was wearing a dirty shirt, which had hair hanging from it, and he had a rude attitude towards the young cashier. There was nothing impressive about the place, and they didn't even provide napkins. Our food arrived ice cold, and when we ordered a children's burger, it was supposed to come with just cheese and ketchup, but it came without cheese and was poorly prepared. The cashier asked the chef to fix the child's meal and to prepare new sides for us, but he responded rudely and didn’t take any action. So the young cashier went back to handle it himself. Our food was served on a dirty tray, with just a small leaf attempting to cover the mess beneath it. The fountain drink area was clearly filthy and unkempt. I understand that mistakes can happen and places can be busy, but it was quiet and slow when we visited. After our food was brought out, both the chef and cashier left the front counter unattended for a good 20 minutes. As someone who works in food service, I noticed that instead of cleaning the visibly dirty areas (like the fries and food crumbs on the floor), they ignored the mess. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

It took a long time for our order to be ready, and two out of the three burgers were still raw in the middle. The hot ham and cheese were lukewarm; I could barely even hold the sandwich. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning to this place.
