Today, I was particularly impressed by how friendly the staff was. We ordered a Frisco Burger, and the employee sincerely apologized for being out of Swiss cheese and asked if we could substitute a different kind instead. It wasn't a big issue, but their politeness really stood out to me. That kind of service can make or break a restaurant experience. Also, I really enjoyed their fries!

I struggled through half of my burger before deciding to give up. It was a messy experience, with each bite leaving my hands covered in goo. A wrapper would have been helpful to contain the mess. Additionally, the burger had an odd flavor, as if they were using a generic brand instead of Heinz and cheaper alternatives for everything else.

The food took a long time to prepare, and my burger was served cold (although the other items were fine). On the positive side, our order was accurate and complete.
