What Jeremy Hoffman likes about Casey's:
I know. A gas station makes killer pizza? Yes it does. This location is hit and miss with timing, but the chain overall has a solid pizza for the money. New York or Chicago league? Maybe not, but it is definitely a surprisingly superb value versus taste. Far from an unsatisfactory ripoff experience. I consider it an undiscovered/appreciated niche in food quality and value. The worker offered to switch the cheese to provolone then added lettuce and tomatoes to our sandwiches : they were excellent!!
