I had a problem with registering in my BPI bank app, and I found the customer service to be unprofessional. The representative was just sitting there, tying up her hair while I was in front of her. The other teller was using her phone. It was frustrating to see them not fully focused on helping customers open bank accounts or responding to inquiries. I had a problem with registering in my BPI bank app, and I found the customer service to be unprofessional. The representative was just sitting there, tying up her hair while I was in front of her. The other teller was using her phone. It was frustrating to see them not fully focused on helping customers open bank accounts or responding to inquiries. The representative even took personal phone calls. This is unacceptable behavior for a bank representative. Everyone should be treated equally and professionally, especially in a customer service role. I hope that the bank will work on improving their customer service in the future.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this restaurant. They only seem to help certain customers and are slow and rude. I was not even greeted when I approached the counter. The staff definitely need more training in customer service. As of the time of writing this review, their service was lacking.

More staff needed. Service is extremely slow, prepare to wait a long time in line.
