The first time we dined at this restaurant, we ordered pancit guisado and found it to be worth the price. However, when we ordered again yesterday, the serving size was only half of what we had received before. When we asked one of the staff members about this, they said that the pancit had shrunk because it wasn't properly soaked in water. This was disappointing to hear.
