We went... read more Although they are one of the oldest vegetarian restaurant, the food failed to impress me. My wife had visited here sometime ago and she liked the meals. We went together another morning and the breakfast was good in my opinion. Today I visited here for the lunch around 2pm. Meals cost 50rs. Had very few side dishes for that price which was surprising to me in a disappointing way. Sambar was bit diluted. Gooseberry pickle was superb. Thick curd was good. But here is the thing about thick curd, they charge 10rs for it! Yeah it's not free and they won't even tell you. They'll give it to us with the meals and we will not even know that it's charged seperate if we don't look at the price list. Bought a glass of payasam for 30rs. Was ok ok.
