I was yesterday celebrating someone's birthday, the table was reserved as 5 days in advance and when it arrives 10 minutes before the agreed time they had not decorated the table yet, and the tribute was almost there. When I asked the reservation they left me outside the restaurant they didn't even tell me to come in, they left me a moment outside and then they occupied the table reserved and at the time they arrived...
