Tim Hortons - Maniwaki

Every time at our cottage we have to treat ourselves to a donut and coffee from Tim Hortons . the prices are fantastic and I love that they now have Lattes as well. A great place for a cuppa!

I find this location very slow and there is no acknowledgement whenever I go in to pick up a mobile order. I just wait and wait and end up going to the main cash to check in . It 's frustrating.

The service is very slow and sometimes they can forget your order in the back

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. What an absolute brutal Tim Hortons. Stopped here passing through on an 8 hour drive up north; took 40 minutes to get a wrap and a bagel.The employees are literally moving in slow motion even though there’s a line of customers out the door. Food was all crushed in a tiny bag and falling apart when attempted to eat. Asked employee for napkins before leaving because the dispenser that customers have access to was empty and she went all the way to the back storage room to get some instead of just handing me some from another dispenser behind the counter even after that pointed it out to her. Just absolutely no care to serve customers promptly and efficiently. This was especially frustrating at this point because we had now been there for 45 minutes.A local lady in line told me she’s travelled across Canada and this is the slowest Tim’s she’s ever been to where people just don’t care to work. So if you’re on a schedule, do not stop here otherwise you’re guaranteed to be late.
