The fact that it is open 24 hours for free is amazing. I visited during the day on a weekday as part of a trip. There was one younger guy on a motorcycle and one local older man, so two people in total. I only enjoyed the foot bath, but the water was clean and the atmosphere and sense of liberation were amazing. Everyone was half-naked, haha.
