Friar Tucks - Manitowoc

I can't believe it! It's been a while since I've been out and wanted to lick my plate clean. The photo I'm posting may not be the most flattering, but the empty plate speaks for itself. This restaurant has the best comfort food for miles. Orders come out quicker than a drive-thru. The kindness and service remind me of the old black and white films about filling stations, with that "customer is always right" nostalgia. We ordered simple Ruben and Sherwood Forrest sandwiches, fries, onion rings, and a Cherry Pepsi-Cola. The bill came out to a reasonable $30. The atmosphere was very pleasant as well.

The restaurant offers delicious food at slightly higher prices compared to other restaurants, but still affordable. The food was excellent, service was great, and the menu had a good variety. Overall, everyone had an enjoyable evening.

This restaurant is fantastic! The prices are very reasonable and the food is delicious. We absolutely adore this place. The French Onion soup is absolutely incredible! Every dish I have tried here has been outstanding!

Love going to eat here. I had the half pound cheese burger and fries this time and carrot cake for dessert. As always it was second to none. Service was also great. If your looking for a nice place to go for a excellent place for a great place for food and a drink look no further. All 3 locations are outstanding, they are located in Manitowoc Fond du lac and Oshkosh. If you are close to any of them definitely stop in and get a bite to eat. Family friendly. Highly recommended.

Double bubble night and the drinks were good! Full size, two for the price of one. Got the French Onion soup and Prime Rib sandwich. Delish!
