Dunkin' - Manitowoc

I just spent over $20 for lattes that were less than half full and experienced rude service. I'm seriously disappointed. When I'm looking for coffee, I expect an actual cup, not just two sips. The staff member seemed disinterested and rushed me through my order without even a smile.

I walked in, and the cashier didn’t even acknowledge us; there was no smile or "thank you." She appeared miserable and seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. Additionally, the floor inside is consistently dirty.

Thank you, Dunkin’ Manitowoc, for yet another underwhelming experience. My drink had a taste reminiscent of rubber and dirt. Normally, we make the extra drive to the Sheboygan Dunkin’ because their drinks are consistently good, but today, we thought we'd give Manitowoc another try. That won't happen again—your drinks are simply unacceptable! Please improve your quality!

No receipts are ever given, and if asked for one, I get attitude and told that it will be awhile because they need to replace the paper. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant, it was cold and smashed and without cheese. Also ordered omelette bites that were burnt and smashed. I never complain but this time it was unacceptable.

Beverages seem to always be shorted... got a large hot carmel macchiato. Foam is an inch from the brim. And liquid was half inch lower than that. If I'm paying for a large, then fill the cup!
