Barker House Apartments - Feedback

What Pat O likes about Barker House Apartments:
Loved living at The Barker House, good community. Old fashioned, not for those addicted to modernity. If you enjoy antiques, and unique living there's a lot of character! Current management is great. Best if just living and working in Manitou and do not need a vehicle. Didn't hear my neighbors, or street noise which is amazing considering it's in the heart of town! View all feedback. The owner of this building is as rude and as narcissistic person as I have ever met. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. She is often referred to as the slum landlord of Manitou Springs. I lived there a year and never got the heat thermometer fixed in my room so I had to turn the heat completely off the entire time.
