The restaurant was very good and affordable. The house wine was pleasant, service great and they had some interesting dishes. I opted or the paella.

A surprisingly good airport-hotel restaurant Very convenient if you want to eat at the hotel or around the airport. Some interesting dishes on the menu, friendly service, and reasonable wine. Pear salad entre was delicious! One of the best dishes I've ever eatern! :

I ate here with colleagues since I was staying at the hotel overnight and the available options in the area were very limited. The dining area is a bit formal with white table cloths and full table amenities. We all opted for the well priced prix fixe menu (22 euro) which included an aperitif, 5 pre-selected tapas, a choice of main dish, and desert. The tapas varied from good to excellent and none were disappointing. The restaurant features regional rice dishes and one diner ordered the saffron rice with pork and sausage, another the black squid ink rice, and I the boar meat dish. All were high quality and flavorful; though I thought the rice dishes were more salty than I would like. The meat dish was ample and kept my interest to the end. The desert was essentially a chocolate glazed pana cotta with a slice of white chocolate and a side of tangerine sorbet; a fitting end to the meal. Based on the experience, I wished that I could have come back to this restaurant to try some of the ala carte options like the pickled quail. The wine list is small but contains some excellent and reasonably priced options. Service was attentive and very helpful. For a hotel restaurant, this far exceeded our expectations with one diner saying this was the best place he had been so far in Valencia. While I wouldn’t go that far, I would say that this restaurant is definitely one you should try when staying near the airport.
