Was Ravisiva at Lotus Vu a mag?
I went to this Vietnamese food stall inside Lepanto Building along Paseo de Roxas purely based on a fellow Zoman's review. And I ended up getting 5 yummy dishes for dine in as well as takeaway. From my experience Lotus Vu uses the freshest ingredients and puts a lot of care and love into the dishes. I started out with the hearty Pho Bo (Beef Noodle soup). One of the best Phos I've had! Having been missing Vietnamese food for quite a long time, but finally I have found the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Makati where I can have Phở (beef, chicken flat noodle), bánh mì (Vietnamese sandwich), bánh cuốn (steamed rice roll) and more. The authentic food here make me feel like at home. I can taste the perfection. My favourites are: Bánh cuốn which is not easy to make. The rice cake is soft as well as the filling. Fish sauce is very tasty too. Bánh mì is crunchy till the last bite, the meat, sauce, pickles, veggies... yes everything is just right. I always order 2 pieces everytime to make my stomach happy

Fresh rice noodles In a peppery broth with slices of beef. Cuon nuong or grilled pork in fresh spring rolls was very good too. Cha Nem or fried spring rolls was, likewise, very good. Bun Cha Hanoi noodle soup with beef was a much different take than Pho. The rice noodles taste a lot different in the cold broth along with succulent grilled beef
