The chicken... read more The service was very slow even though we arrived right when they opened. We waited almost an hour for two simple dishes: sisig and chicken teriyaki. The chicken teriyaki was just burnt chicken pieces with a bland sauce. The server was nowhere to be found unless we approached her directly. I overheard a lot of laughter and joking in the kitchen when I asked about our food, and although we were told it would be ready shortly, we ended up waiting another 10 minutes. Really disappointing service and underwhelming food. I wish they had told me upfront that the chicken teriyaki would be mostly burnt skin so I wouldn’t have ordered it. We didn’t even get the free soup because the server seemed more interested in hanging out than attending to customers. We've eaten here many times, and it’s frustrating to have this experience, especially since the food is only okay for quick bites because it’s close to home. The service we usually get when it’s busy is better than what we experienced this morning when there were only two tables to serve. Please improve, and don’t forget to clean your glass walls—they’re quite dirty. There was also a cockroach smell in the dining area, so that needs attention too. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food,... read more At Giligan's, I enjoyed a delightful lunch experience with outstanding service. The menu offers a great variety, and every dish I tried was excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect 5-star rating. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal.
