My favorite resto for heavy snacks and cakes. Staff were very courteous. Food were so tasty and well presented. The only thing I kinda don't like is the space. Their branch in Robinson's Manila is too small that sometimes you will be rubbing elbows with other foodies. Other than space I wouldn't ask for more when I dine here I so love their salmon and pork chop plus their fresh veggies on the side.
I was driving along flooded Taft Avenue, worn out because of the traffic, got hungry and dropped by Robinsons Ermita. I chose Conti's since I needed a quick bite. So there! The staff was friendly; I have no complaint about the service. The food was delicious, but the place was small so that you can think of the space you can move in. The price, however, was worth the money.
As always Conti's has impeccable food. Even as simple as the everyday breakfast fare is made special here. Tonight we tried their Breakfast Combo set B which was already good for three. And it was great. Then we had their Mango tart for dessert. It was really creamy and refreshing. It was actually surprising that despite their small space we still enjoyed the full dinner experience.
They have no service charge guys!!! Also, my favorite here is the their baked salmon with paella rice and their chicken mac and cheese. What I loved about the salmon is it's big portion size which is completely covered with melted cheese on one side. The paella rice (despite not having any meat/seafood mixed in it) tasted so well with the salmon. The fish is cooked perfectly and is still moist inside. For the chicken mac and cheese, i liked it that it has a unique taste that balances the chicken and cheese flavor. Normally, after eating 2 spoons of mac and cheese, I'll get suya of the cheesy taste and not finish it. But in this case, i think I could finish 2 servings! I also love their pastries because it's not only affordable, but also of good quality.
