Bembi's offers one of the best dining experiences you can find in the Philippines, akin to world-class cuisine. Many items on the menu boast flavors and quality that can compete with those in the USA. You truly can’t go wrong with any choice, particularly the Authentic Italian Pizza and Chicken Wings. Since all dishes are made with the freshest ingredients and prepared to order, it’s advisable to place certain orders in advance. Service is available for dine-in.
I had the pleasure of trying their wine pairing tasting menu, and it was an incredible experience! The chef provided insightful explanations for each wine and why it was paired with the dishes, which really highlighted their passion for food. It's important to note that they don't disclose the menu ahead of time and won't repeat it for a while, but you can inform them of any dietary restrictions in advance. I found it charming to learn that the entire family is involved in creating this unique experience. I have high hopes for this restaurant and highly recommend that anyone reading this review try their tasting menu with the thoughtfully selected wine pairings!
