I could've... read more This is the 4th time now that I ordered sandwiches and had something wrong. I couldn't believe the amount of black pepper. If I lived 2000 years ago. I could've single handedly controlled the spice trade in southern India. The sandwich had enough pepper on it to gag Rambo.

I’ve witnessed her being rude to... read more I've had a few encounters with a specific employee named Eleanor. While she is not a manager, she tends to behave as if she is. I’ve witnessed her being rude to other customers right in front of me. In one instance, she spoke sharply to a gentleman, asking, "What? What do you want? Do you really need anything else? Sure, whatever." Her demeanor has not been welcoming, and I haven't seen any kind gestures from her during my visits. Additionally, I've seen her treat her coworkers poorly, acting as if she is superior to them. On one occasion, while she was training someone (whose name I can’t quite remember), I heard her shouting at the trainee, saying things like, "What are you, stupid? That’s NOT how you do it, idiot!" I kept quiet, got my food and drink, and left, but I truly felt sorry for the trainee as I exited. I believe someone should have a professional conversation with Eleanor about her behavior; I don’t think other customers deserve to experience such treatment. Aside from that, I must say the food is fresh, prepared quickly, and quite delicious.

I understand it’s close to closing,... read more I walked in twenty minutes before close and was told “sorry we’re closed” by a very young individual that was on his phone. I understand it’s close to closing, but your close time is 8pm and not 7:40pm. It would have taken you five minutes to make two subs I was planning on ordering.

Heard them hooting and hollering back there but no one came to help me. Whoever it was should get fired. I justleft.
