Visited this Starbucks location just before leaving for work today. I was running behind, and the staff was in the middle of a shift change. The manager of the store Enia was just packing her stuff up to leave when she saw me checking the time on my phone. Usually like rolling through here but today was not good. Ordered a PSL and got hit milk only, didn?t even get the espresso. Muffin was pretty much thrown at me as an after thought. No greeting, no thanks. Just a closed window. View all feedback.
It?s absolutely hilarious how almost every morning, the drive thru line is filled with cars all the way down the street. The baristas are really nice and the atmosphere isn?t too bad either.
This morning crew has it going on! Food and drinks are correctly made, fast and friendly. A but hard to get there though, there's no left turn so you have to go out of your way for a block or two.
They were slammed on the day of the KState TTU game and were flying through orders as fast as they could. Staff were cordial and apologetic. My drink was still the great quality I expect!

I have went to every Starbucks in Manhattan and this one goes in above and beyond in making the drinks! The barista?s there are super friendly and I enjoy having conversations with them when I go in definitely recommend best one in Manhattan
