The vegan Qdoba burrito bowl with all the toppings including brown rice, beans, impossible meat (optional), fajita vegetables, pico de gallo, and guacamole is a delicious and nutritious meal. It is packed with at least 20 grams of plant protein, fiber, and vitamins A and C.
