I went to Pretzelmaker earlier this week and my pretzels were amazing!! They were soft and you could tell they were made fresh. The young guy named KJ (I think) was absolutely pleasant. View all feedback.

The hot dogs were supposed to be wrapped in pretzels, but the pretzels were burned and hard, and the hot dogs had fallen out.
My pretzels were still soft and doughy, and the Mini Dog Pretzel Bites Combos were excessively greasy.
