Tucked inside the mall, this pretzel kiosk delivers soft, freshly made pretzels and tempting pretzel bites with an aroma that draws shoppers in. When staffing is strong service is friendly and regulars keep coming back, but inconsistent availability, occasional undercooked dough, small portions and spotty customer service can lead to long waits and disappointment. Prices skew high for mall fare, and quality fluctuates by visit—great on its best days, unreliable on others.

Good pretzels. A bit on the expensive side but, it's the mall. Tucked away in an out of the way spot. We could smell the pretzels but, had a hard time finding it. If we hadn't if smelled them, we would not have known the were there. If you're looking for them, use the entrance by HuHot Mongolian BBQ.
The qualities are great and definitely best when fresh
My wife loves the pretzelmaker. They are pretty dang good, we are eating the bites as I type this. I have to say they certainly beat out a lot of pretzels for taste but they charge a bit much for a cup of bites then .79 for cheese!? Lol overall great taste but a tad spendy.
