Insomnia Cookies - Manhattan

So this was my first time trying insomnia cookies. It didn’t get off to a great start but ended fantastic. I was passing through St Louis on my way to TN and ordered delivery from this location around 8pm. At almost 9pm, still no cookies so I called the store and they offered a refund. The manager called me the next day and apologized and not only replaced my order but doubled my order for the trouble. Totally wasn’t their fault, it was the delivery service Uber Eats that clearly has a habit of stealing orders which is just sad at this time of year. Thank you Insomnia Cookies for great customer service!

The guys working there tonight were busting their butts all night to try and take care of a ton of customers coming in from aggieville. They made the visit pleasant and fun even though you could visibly see the stress they were under. I was very satisfied with my visit tonight!

I’m giving 5 stars because even with all the confusion with them being out of milk and forgetting to refund then I call and they refund it then later on I lost contact with the Uber driver because he completed the order then took my food since he couldn’t follow instructions on how to get to my house. Had I known they used Uber eats I wouldn’t have ordered I’ve never had a good experience with Uber eats. BUT in the midst of all this the insomnia cookies staff was so helpful and nice I really felt like my order and my experience mattered to them! Got fully refunded and everything worked out perfectly keep up the great work insomnia cookies!

Great cookies, brownies, and ice cream. love the peanut butter ones!

VERY VERY upset with the level of service I received. I waited 35 minutes before they even began preparing the order and then received a call after it was supposed to initially be delivered saying they didnt even have the kind of cookie I ordered. After being offered a classic cookie at the price of a deluxe my cookies were FINALLY delivered after AN HOUR!! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
