This is one of the best sushi places I've ever experienced. I've been to Japan four times, but this place truly stands out. I can't wait to return the next time I'm in LA. The chef offered excellent recommendations, had a professional demeanor, and the sake was fantastic. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered the chef's custom menu twice. Everything was perfect!
Superb service. Fresh and innovative sushi. Delicious sides of caramelized cauliflower and a mushroom dish I didn't catch the name. The spicy miso slightly missed the mark for me but that's what you get when you explore. Certainly not a knock. Highly recommended restaurant. Cozy place.
