Went to Dunkin’ Donuts in June almost 5 months ago. Love the donuts but was worried about ordering a coffee as I’m extremely fussy about coffee! Was blown away by the amazing laté I had and super fresh donuts!!! Had the same coming back from my trip! Same girl making my coffee both times Amazing!!! Still thinking about it 5 months later! What CHOCO BROWNIE doesn't like about Dunkin' Donuts:
The guy here is rude , rude and absolutely rude. I really wanted the chocolate filled donuts, which the guy said he has run out of and wouldn't be making any more. I told him I can wait and get back after an hour as my flight was delayed but he bluntly replied the same. After an hour, he refilled the chocolate filled donuts. How crappy is that! I don't quite understand why I see so many complains about this place. It's a place for take-away orders. The staff working at this place is fast in what they are doing, my coffee was good and so were the donuts. The meals are not the healthiest ones, but this is expected from a donut place. Great friendly and accomodating staff!! Ordered a two thick shakes Didn’t turn out to be so great so had to take it back but luckily a friendly staff member by the name of Ayla was there, helped sorted it out and thanks to her we got too enjoy our thick shakes finally. However would recommend training up some off their staff especially in English to communicate with customers appropriately
Overall, Dunkin ' Donuts is a good option for a quick and affordable meal or snack. The food and drink are generally of good quality, and the service is fast and friendly. However, it is important to be aware that the coffee can be inconsistent. I especially like the glazed and chocolate glazed donuts. The prices are also very reasonable.
Disappointing costumer service.the staff was so unfriendly.
