Best Ugly Bagels

I would not recommend eating here, especially if you are coeliac . The staff had no understanding of what gluten was. Once explaining what the difference was between dairy and gluten, I ordered a gluten free cream cheese bagel. It came out stone cold and not having the trust of the staff of providing me with a gluten free bagel I threw it in the bin. If you are going to charge extra for a gluten-free bagel you should educate your staff what gluten-free means. Very disappointed. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

Auckland Airport, appalling service, waited nearly 1/2hr for 2 cheese n Marmite bagels... Had to cancel order because we needed to board our flight, got no refund as they couldn't find our order.
