Placed at the back of the Mangatarem Plaza, a very popular eatery in town. My co-workers and I had our lunch here, it is hot here but the pigar-pigar (cara-beef) is the star dish here and kinigtot (carabeef’s innards) is not my type. Price wise is somewhat affordable.
