What User doesn't like about Chevalet:
The fish was raw, even after grilled and kept in the oven for few minutes as waiter told us. Some things were in the menu but missing, better ask first. The place looks not so well cared, grass trimmed long time ago. Not going to come back View all feedback.

You can wait because the food is prepared for your order. It's not a fast food. For shells, pork stew and ratatouille, however, the waiting period was less than 30 minutes.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant where the kitchen is perfect... the seafood plateau was fabulous!!! And service at the top level! Bravo and we're coming back!
