Recommended to us by a friend who runs a restaurant close by. Tucked away so a little quieter than some places in Manfradonia but the food and service were excellent. View all feedback.
What 1Jim P 1 year ago on Google doesn't like about Osteria Boccolicchio:
My steak was thin and overcooked. The antipasto di terra was all rice and fried croquettes that you could get at any bar in town for a lot less money. This was not what I expected from this place View all feedback.
Amazing place in a very cosy street. Tasty foot and charming staff
Very good food and service. Ideal for a romantic dinner
Eat the Tiramisu first. World known but made famous by this fantastic place. Chef and Owners William and Antonella are fabulous in all departments. Supported by Theresa and the kitchen chefs it was as fresh and new as can be. 2nd time round and drove over and hour plus a flight from Dubai to get there. Thanks to a recommendation from our worldly Italian friend Nina. DONT miss out. I watched the fish literally delivered off boat to the restaurant. Chef William knows his wine pairings to perfection. Was even able to impress the Nona and Nono and you know how hard that can be. Thanks a Million
A delicious meal with many great options and good service. They have also received the Michelin 2020 award just recently.
Wonderfully diverse ingredients and tasty dishes If you’re looking for standard fare this isn’t the place ! Even the Bruschetta is wonderfully unique and unlike the dozens you’ve tried in Rome. Great local beers and wines. We had fish baked in encrusted salt and the pasta with vongole and shaved mullet row was sublime ! Top it off with an exquisite San Leonardo grappa unlike any other. not much English spoken here so you may have to guess at some of the items but we must’ve gotten lucky because everything was spectacular You eat in a quiet courtyard with soft bossa nova and jazz in the background
